VISITATION POLICY
We would like to make your visit to the Ascension Parish Jail as pleasant as possible. To do this, we ask that you arrive in enough time to sign in. The Correctional Officers are on a strict schedule and must follow this visitation policy.

LOCATION
The Ascension Parish Prison is located on the West Bank of the Mississippi River, just across the Sunshine Bridge.
DIRECTIONS

From the Red Light at the foot of the bridge, continue straight for approximately one half mile.

Immediately past the Best Western on the right will be LA Highway 3120, take a right.

Continue on LA Highway 3120 for approximately one quarter mile and make a right onto Lemanville Cutoff Road.

The Parish Prison is located on the right approximately a quarter mile down Lemanville Cutoff Road. |
