How to apply for a Bar Tender or Exotic Dancer Permit
All applicants for an Ascension Parish Bar Tender’s License or Exotic Dancer permit must apply at the Ascension Parish Prison located at 2384 Lemanville Cutoff Rd. Donaldsonville, LA 70346.

$26 Money Order to be sent with finger prints to Louisiana State Police

A complete criminal record check will be made. Anyone applying for a Bar License or Exotic Dancer’s license cannot have any felony arrest nor any drug or morals convictions on their record.
